How reservations work at Out of Office
Every Out of Office release is reservation-only. Here is exactly what happens, in order, and what you are committing to.

1. Reserve a size
You choose a size and confirm your details. No card, no checkout, no charge. The reservation is a commitment to buy the piece if it is produced.
2. The window closes
Each drop has a fixed deadline. Until then you can change your size, update your shipping address, or cancel. Once the window closes the run is locked.
3. Production and payment
Garments are produced against the exact number reserved. When your piece is ready to ship, we request payment. Only then does money change hands.
4. Shipping
Pieces ship from Sweden, tracked, to the address on your reservation. Sizes and addresses can be corrected from your account until production begins.
