Out of Office produces garments based on confirmed reservations instead of mass production. Reserving your piece secures your place in the current drop.

Payment is requested only after the reservation window has closed and production has been confirmed. Nothing is charged when you reserve.

Yes. You can change your size, quantity or shipping information from your account until the reservation period ends.

Yes. You may cancel your reservation at any time before reservations close, with no cost and no obligation.

As soon as production begins. You will receive a secure payment link by email, addressed to the details on your reservation.

Available payment methods are confirmed in your payment request email and reflect the options supported in your country at the time of production.

Yes. A receipt is automatically emailed to you as soon as your payment is completed.

Worldwide. Every reservation is shipped from Sweden.

Estimated shipping times are shown when you complete payment and repeated in your order confirmation.

Yes. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on an unworn piece in its original condition and packaging. Contact support and we will issue return instructions; the refund is made to your original payment method once the piece arrives back with us.

Exchanges depend on remaining stock from the drop. Contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and preferred size, and we will reserve it for you if it is available. If it is not, we process the return as a refund.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photographs of the piece and packaging. We will arrange a replacement where stock allows, or a full refund including shipping.

Our garments are designed with an oversized fit, cut for volume through the body and shoulder.

For the intended oversized fit, choose your regular size. For a more fitted look, size down.
